Refunds & Exchanges

We're happy to accept returns for any product within 10 days of delivery provided they remain unused and sealed. As our products are food-grade, we are unable to accept returns of any products that have been opened and used. Please note: sample/travel-sized products, and products in tear-off pouches are final sale.

To initiate a return, send us an email here and include your order number. A representative will provide you with return instructions.

Returns must be received within 10 business days of return authorization. Upon receipt and approval of your return, we will issue a refund minus any applicable shipping cost. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned item(s) do not meet our policy requirements, (e.g. if a product that is claimed as unopened prior to return, is actually opened when we check it) -- in which case you may forfeit both the product and the refund. For approved returns: refunds will be given within 14 days of your package’s arrival back to our facility. 

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse sales, and not accept returns at our discretion.

Exchanges can be made for products that arrive damaged provided that we are informed within 24 hours of delivery. We cannot exchange products that have been opened or used.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know about your refund status. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
