Safety is incredibly important to us. Our products are formulated by a board-certified nutritionist, and third-party tested to ensure integrity, safety, and quality.

We invest a lot of time into sourcing to ensure our ingredients are of the very finest quality and sustainably cultivated. As often as possible, we choose organic sources which are 100% certified organic. We do work with small farms that cultivate the freshest, purest ingredients without the capacity to undergo organic certification. Our lab testing for ingredient purity ensures all sources are uncontaminated and of the highest quality.

When possible, we source local Californian ingredients that are organic and sustainably grown. We will also scour the world to source from where specific plants bio-dynamically grow as it promotes optimal bio-availability of nutrients.

Yes! Our ingredients and formula have been clinically tested in labs that Sarah Koszyk works with as a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist.

All orders are processed within 1 to 4 business days. If you place your order on a weekend, processing begins the following Monday. 

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. Shipments usually take 1-5 business days to arrive.

You will receive an email once the order has been shipped with a tracking number.

Currently, we ship within the United States, and select international destinations including Canada, Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, and the UK. If you don't see your country listed at checkout, reach out to us!

We accept all major credit cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

We provide free shipping for all orders within the United States!

Please reach out to us as soon as you can. Once we have packed your order, we will be unable to cancel or change the order.

We're happy to accept returns for any product within 10 days of delivery provided they remain unused and sealed. As our products are food-grade supplements, we are unable to accept returns of any products that have been opened and used.

To initiate a return, send us an email here and include your order number. A representative will provide you with return instructions.

Please note that shipping a return is at your own cost and we are unable to refund your original order’s shipping cost.

We can only process returns for orders placed directly from our website.

Send an email to us here and let us know within 24 hours of delivery. Include any photos to show the damage. We’ll do our best to fix the order.
